My hearing test came back pretty normal when I was expecting a decreased hearing ability. The clinician explained that I attention to listening may be my problem due to fibromyalgia and arthritis. I am so focused on fatigue or pain that I might not catch all that is said. It fits and explained a lot. Thankyou.

Overall really great people and good service. I only marked down due to the appointment reminder system. Seems like a text message reminder would be sufficient. Right now someone calls me...and if I missed the call I'm suppose to call back. I would prefer just a text message reminder a few days before. That's the way all other Dr office do reminders.

As I had never taken a hearing test, it was very interesting. Skylyn was most helpful in describing the results. I may have to wait on hearing aids, At 80 years old, it seems I have more issues such as vision and dental concerns. All are costly even with health insurance. Susan Carter

It was great, I thought the audiologist was very professional and helpful.

The office and staff are very inviting. I went for just a hearing test and it was very thorough. Thank the Lord my hearing is still good. My biggest surprise was that it was complimentary which I was told when I made the appointment. Not really believing that would be the case. It was and I will definitely go back in the future should I have problems with my hearing. Dawn the audiologist made me feel so welcomed and comfortable.Thank you!
