Dr Taylor has spent a great deal of time with me over the past year getting just the right hearing aides and adjusting them perfectly. The other EMT in Mountain Home told me u201chearing aides are expensive and insurance wonu2019t cover themu201d and advised me to take an OTC herbal supplement. Wouldnu2019t even show me hearing aides! Worked with Dr Taylor and my insurance covered them completely, and theyu2019re $4000 hearing aides that I control via Bluetooth with my phone!

It appears that the staff at Taylor Hearing Centers enjoy what they're doing because I'm always greeted by smiling faces and an occasional bit of humor, not to mention a cookie once in a while. Randi Fore is chatty, compassionate and thorough with the inspections, and Cheyenne (sp?) is always cheery and prompt in the execution of her responsibilities. For me, it's worth the drive to visit Taylor Hearing Centers.

I have regular appointments and am always seen right on time! Professional, expert hearing care is received & it's a great experience every appointment. I would definitely recommend Taylor Hearing in Mountain Home to anyone needing hearing assessment and related solutions!

good hearing aids, but expensive

Very knowledgeable staff. We were treated with courtesy. Husband is happy with the aids he was fitted with. Would recommend this location!

I was very happy with the exam. Having no previous experience with HA, I was confused and uncomfortable with the salesman. He didnt warn me of the painful noises during the tuning of the HA. Offered only the most expensive model and commented that he hoped my husband would be "supportive" of my needs, and buy them for me. At my insistance, he set up a"trial" set, for two weeks. But the scheduler set it up for only one week. I go back in two days. I not looking forward to the visit.

My mother is the patient. She received her hearing aids from Taylor hearing and goes for 6 month checkups. The care she receives from Randy is knowledgeable, kind and respectful. We would gladly recommend them to everyone in need of hearing evaluation and care.

We have been going to Tayler hearing for several years. Mostly, we are seen by Moriah. We love her! She's always attentive to my husband's needs with his hearing aid. We never have a problem getting in and if there's a problem with his hearing aid, they just say " bring it on in!" And it's fixed right away!

Very friendly staff. Dr. Taylor was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and what it meant. Highly recommend Taylor Hearing Center if youu2019re having any problems with hearing.

I had my hearing test done with Randy Fore. He was very funny and put me at ease. He examined my ears and than into the soundproof booth. The tests were easy and didnu2019t take very long. I did find out I need hearing aids in both ears ud83dude15. Iu2019m going to purchase a pair in the near future. I highly recommend Taylor hearing.

Randy was thorough, kind and patient during my hearing exam. The sales representative was knowledgeable and I was pleasantly surprised to leave the office with my new hearing aids. I gave it a 4 because the ear buds were the wrong size the first time. My voice sound like it was in a barrel and the left one had feedback and felt stopped up. It was corrected the next day. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I took my 87 year old mom to this clinic. Apparently the doctor could not make it and another team member took his place. They said they didnu2019t want to cancel my mom appointment and the doctor trust this guy. Well I did too until when wanting to give a great review. I asked what is your name, I give great reviews. Thatu2019s when I find out he really didnu2019t want me to do a review. That he isnu2019t a doctor. I sure my momu2019s Medicare paid for Doctor visit. I was ok with all the service until I asked for a copy of estimate. I was told he did not have copiesu2026 well I was feeling a little uneasy. However when they could not give me a copy of estimatesu2026 my 87 year old mom talked the only language she knew. She said u201c what you donu2019t have a Zerox ?????u201d I knew full well what she meant. u201c canu2019t you make copies? u201cWell then we got the estimate copied. Ya know I was not comfortable with my mom going to Taylor Hearing Center. Lie to me once same on you, lie to me twice and Iu2019m done. My mom is getting her hearing aids at another place. I was not comfortable with Taylor Hearing center caring for my mom.

I love my Phonak Hearing aids.
