I paid over 5 grand on a pair of hearing aides in 2019 .I had to take them 3 times to have them worked on.then as soon as warranty runs out one of them get working.and when I drove 45 min to their office they wanted to charge me over 300.00 to just send it off to get worked on.not every body has that kind of money to throw around everytime they mess up.in my opinion the hearing aides are not worth what I had to pay for them.i will never pay anything else from taylor hearing

Eric Cobb is knowledgeable, efficient, and experienced in guiding folks through the maze that is hearing loss remediation. Both my husband and I were well pleased by our experiences there.

I had a fine experience at Taylor Hearing Center.I had hearing aids before that annoyed me and I found in 4 or 5 years time ,the newer models are very updated.I was unable to purchase them because of my credit score .I will return if I am able to buy in the future.

I've been visiting the clinic since I was a kid. Ms. Jan does a tremendous job running the front office and has always been there to take care of me when I had issues or questions. If you're looking for quality staff to help with your hearing issues, this is the place to go.

My husband I both, are impressed by the professionalism and care we are receiving at Audiology & Hearing Aid Clinic here in Paris. My mother is also a client. She has been for quite a few years. I have taken her several times, and they treat everyone as a friend, rather than a client! Before we ever made the appointment , we called a relative in Florida that is an audiologist. We had questions as to what we needed to ask and know before we went. He actually recommended Dr. Perez. He knew that she came from Franklin, Tennessee, to Paris a couple of days a week. He knew of her and said she was highly regarded in this field. He recommended a brand, and it is what we were fitted with. Mine haven't given me any trouble, but my husbands had an issue very early on, so they returned them to the manufacturer, and he was given completely new ones right away. They were already programmed to where he needed them , when they called him to come back in for the new fitting. Megan, the technician who tested us and actually did the initial fitting, is also very professional, and thorough, all the while, being so very friendly with everyone. We can ask her anything! We are very pleased, and can highly recommend this clinic!

Same as always - Friendly, fast, and efficient. They like what they do and it shows. They care about their customers, listen to what you have to say, and are very aware of amd abide by the Covid requiremenrs. Would recommend them any time.

I been using this clinic for over 10 years. Just recently purchased another set of hearing aides. I highly recommend these people who work there. I are all very professional and very knowledgeable about hearing loss. A plus is they are there for you when you need them.
