Absolutely Horrible, with some young Rude Girl that works there. My mother got hearing aids there and they explained nothing and didnu2019t even download the app for her. DEFINITELY FIND ANOTHER PLACE FOR YOUR HEARING AIDS, to many options to put up with that mess when you spend right at 5K for hearing aids.

I noticed that the filter for my right hearing aid was missing. I was concerned that it could be in the ear canal. I call Randi Williams and she had an opening at 12:30. She checked my ear and said that the filter was not in my ear. Great, quick service. Thanks to all.

Got a hearing test, i have a hearing loss probably from military service . Randi was very helpful and showed me several options . I told her i am in the process of submittjng a VA claim for hearing loss, but that i am going to get hearing aids from a private company. She is trying to let me have a loaner set of hearing aids to try out for a few weeks so i can see if i like them. Very nice people at Taylor Hearing Center , very professional and competent also.

I have worn hearing aids thirty plus years. Long enough that my original ENT retired as well as one audiologist. Searching for help closer to home I tried Taylor Hearing Center. They were very helpful and attentive to my needs.

Randi did exactly what needed to be done. My 95 year old Mom always goes with me for our check-ups and Randi caters to her needs. We both always leave happy. But if we have any new problems or reoccurring problem, she gets to us asap!

Just picked them up this afternoon and they are FABULOUS!! I had no idea what I had NOT been hearing. They feel very comfortable and nobody can even see them in, they have different colors to match hair/skin tones. Hearing aids are expensive anywhere but Taylor checks mine quarterly and cleans them, making adjustments and small repairs as needed... Asked how long they'll do this since it's been a few years... Said lifetime.
